When we look at society there is a strong pull to conform and fit in. However, our uniqueness is part of our success story and journey. Knowing what makes us unique, forms part of our authentic nature, and helps us shape what we offer to the world. We all ultimately want a GREAT life where we can be our authentic selves and feel fulfilled, and share that with the world, in a way that enables us to make money, and create a good life.
When we are connected to our true selves, we are able to connect to our gifts and our talents. When we are connected to our gifts and talents, we then know what we can put out into the world in order to be successful. However, we all need to continue to ‘shift’ to ensure that personal growth happens in our lives. While we may change our jobs or location, we often don’t change our patterns of behaviour.
This course encourages individuals to identify and connect to their true self, own their authenticity and recognise it as a lever for career success. Based on Zanele Luvuno’s own career story and experience as a leading headhunter servicing listed companies she shares stories from her candidates experiences as well as how she was able to summon up the courage to own up to her truth, and how you can do the same.
 This alignment to truth and purpose has resulted in a life filled with energy, creativity and inspiration. ‘Inspiration’ comes from the Latin word ‘to breathe’. Through connecting to and living in her authentic nature Zanele has been able to remove the many masks she wore, and hopes to help you finally put down yours and lean more into your authentic nature.
The course also caters to leaders. More and more people in management and leadership positions are realising that the old models of leadership no longer incentivise productivity or motivate employees. Next, we will identify the individual gifts that each participant possesses and examine how these gifts can be utilized in a corporate setting. Finally, we will explore how authenticity and leveraging individual gifts can contribute to a positive corporate culture.
