The aim of this course is to identify areas of self-sabotage. You will gain insight into why we are blocking ourselves to reach our full potential. Participants will develop an increased self-awareness and understanding of their specific patterns. Tools are given to gradually change certain conscious and subconscious habits, introduce new perspectives, change ways of thinking and to improve self-esteem.
