I want to resign from my job but what if I regret it later?

I am unhappy in my job but I am scared of Resignation Guilt. I feel like my work is never recognised, and I always have to ask for everything as I was not provided the tools to do my work. Has anyone experienced this?

I have also experienced the feeling of guilt every time I have another opportunity handed to me. Our employers ever saddened with our departure or are they just trying to guilt trip us so that can save income? What are your thoughts?
