Marc Eastwood has 20 years’ worth of operations and business development experience in New York City, Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Jamaica much of it at the senior management and executive levels in both the non-profit and private sectors.

In addition, he has acquired a blend of skills in human resources, recruitment, coaching, training and facilitation. Specifically, ten of these years were spent in executive search and coaching. Marc is very passionate about people development and the change process, allowing individuals to review where they are and where they desire to be – creating high performers. Nothing makes him feel more alive than helping individuals be the best they can be. Marc quickly becomes a trusted confidant and coach to many senior and executive managers helping them address professional and personal concerns.

Marc has coached/facilitated individuals and groups within the retail, parastatal, advertising, financial services, agriculture and sales environments.
