Phetsile is a PCC ICF-certified integral coach who studied through New Ventures West (NVW) and the University of Cape Town (UCT) Graduate School of Business (GSB) Centre for Coaching. She also completed the Alchemy, Art and Science of co-facilitation in February 2017.

She has been coaching since 2015, working initially with young professionals, graduates and emerging leaders. Her focus is more on senior managers and executives. She is associated with the Centre for Coaching UCT GSB, amongst others. Currently, she co-facilitates the coach training and leadership programmes for the Centre for Coaching and provides one on one and group coaching.

Her competencies in the human capital space comprise developing personal development programmes, coaching, coach development, facilitating group plus team interventions, enhancing the performance of individuals and developing effective relationships via various interventions. 

Her above experience is backed by over 19 years of working within the development finance industry, driving financial inclusion in developing markets.

Phetsile has a growing interest in building her non-executive directorships. She serves on the board of Ditikeni, a social investment company and is Chairperson of the social and ethics committee.

In her work, Phetsile demonstrates intuitive leadership and integrity in other roles that promote transformation, inclusion and belonging within the schooling and work environments.

Co-facilitating coaching training programmes and leadership development programmes with the CfC. 

Provided Executive Coaching for Executives at Standard Bank, Royal eSwatini Sugar Corporation, Nedbank, National Movement of Rural Women (NMRW), Agile Capital and Senior Managers at South32 and Astron Energy. Plus, private clients across various leadership levels.

Worked with teams to facilitate team effectiveness and cohesion, transformation work for Junior Achievers South Africa, Molefe Dlepu, AutoX, Agile Capital, Imvunge Enterprises and NMRW.

Contributed to the design and implementation of various graduate development and personal development programmes. These include;

Imvunge Enterprises structuring their upskilling and ongoing training programmes for facilitators and staff.

BMW and St Peter’s preparatory graduate and teacher development programme. Ejoobi is a small tech start-up working with unemployed underprivileged graduates.

Dr Lulu Gwagwa Girls Lunch is a year-long self-awareness and leadership program for female young black professionals.

Self-awareness and personal mastery programmes for NMRW, Ivory Park School and Construction SETA.
