Phetsile is a PCC ICF-certified integral coach who studied through New Ventures West (NVW) and the University of Cape Town (UCT) Graduate School of Business (GSB) Centre for Coaching. She also completed the Alchemy, Art and Science of co-facilitation in February 2017.
She has been coaching since 2015, working initially with young professionals, graduates and emerging leaders. Her focus is more on senior managers and executives. She is associated with the Centre for Coaching UCT GSB, amongst others. Currently, she co-facilitates the coach training and leadership programmes for the Centre for Coaching and provides one on one and group coaching.
Her competencies in the human capital space comprise developing personal development programmes, coaching, coach development, facilitating group plus team interventions, enhancing the performance of individuals and developing effective relationships via various interventions.Â
Her above experience is backed by over 19 years of working within the development finance industry, driving financial inclusion in developing markets.
Phetsile has a growing interest in building her non-executive directorships. She serves on the board of Ditikeni, a social investment company and is Chairperson of the social and ethics committee.
In her work, Phetsile demonstrates intuitive leadership and integrity in other roles that promote transformation, inclusion and belonging within the schooling and work environments.
