The business is led by Zanele Luvuno, who has experience as an entrepreneur and in launching start-ups in diverse industries such as talent acquisition, property investment, and ecommerce, amongst others.

Zanele Luvuno is the CEO of Metamorphosis Integrated Solutions. She has 25 years of experience creating value for businesses, having begun her career in the talent management industry in 2000. Zanele has a solid track record working across the African continent, especially the markets of Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya.

Zanele has caused a stir in the talent space by constantly finding and implementing innovative ways to approach talent initiatives in corporate environments, widely captured in the media, and helping shape key discussions related to transformation, gender equality, and leadership in the market. She published the Financial Mail's "Black Book" in 2016 and 2017, in conjunction with Tiso Blackstar and the Financial Mail editors.

Zanele has a diversified investment portfolio beyond the talent landscape, including commercial real estate and, more recently, a venture into agriculture. She is a Non-Executive Director at Transcend Capital Investments, Executive Director at Transcend Talent Management, a Trustee of the Major Drilling Trust (Major Drilling is the largest drilling company in the world), and a Director of the Black Industrialists Group (a property investment holding company).

She has been featured in leading publications including 702 (Primedia), Financial Mail, JSE Magazine, xMail, Mail & Guardian, Business Day Live, Power FM, and SME Magazine, amongst others.

Ms Luvuno is a seasoned talent and advisory consultant with over two decades of experience. She has conducted over 50,000 personnel interviews (based on engaging with over 20 people per day, five days a week, for over 20 years), giving her a deep understanding of what matters to people in the career space, and a wealth of data to draw from in helping clients make informed decisions.

Thelma Ngcobo

Advisory Board

Following her appointment at the South African Reserve Bank, Ms Ngcobo was the first Black woman in South Africa to become a Human Resources Director. She was later HR Director of Alexander Forbes and of The Presidency of South Africa, and has served on boards including SC Johnson, Land Bank, and the KZN Growth Fund.

Duke Essiam

Advisory Board

Mr Essiam is a seasoned international business and finance executive with over 25 years of professional experience spanning corporate governance, executive management, principal investments, development finance, investment banking, management consulting, and technology. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. His work has covered North American, European, Asian, and African markets, across industries including financial services, information technology, telecommunications, oil and gas, real estate, aerospace, and nuclear physics. He is currently chief executive of a private investment and advisory company engaged in financial services, information technology, telecommunications, and media, and is a founding board member of a publicly listed investment management company and of a philanthropic organisation.
